User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Any costs incurred from third-party AI model providers
• The code and output generated by your AI employees
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Securing your account credentials and API keys

AI-Generated Content

All code, plans, and output produced by AI employees are generated by third-party AI models. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, security, or quality of AI-generated content. You should review all output before using it in production.

Open Source License

Ajen is open-source software. The source code is available on GitHub and is subject to its respective open-source license. You are free to self-host and modify the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the hosted service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
